## 0.1.0 — pre-launch draft

* Defined the eight-operation `/v1` receive-only contract.
* Added scoped bearer authentication, opaque cursor pagination, ETags, and authoritative usage headers.

* Added create-email idempotency and stable structured errors.
* Fixed the Premium allowance at 10,000 API requests per UTC calendar month, independently of billing cadence.
